Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
In the same skillet, brown the ground beef with the added garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and optional onions, cooking until browned and crispy around the edges. Set aside to cool slightly.
Cooking
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Shape the beef mixture into thin patties. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 2 minutes on each side until they are browned. Once cooked, chop the patties roughly.
Sauce Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard (or Dijon), sweet pickle relish, and optional pickle juice. Adjust the flavors to your liking.
Assembly
Warm the wraps for about 10 seconds in the microwave or in a pan over low heat.
Spread a generous amount of the sauce over each warm wrap.
Top the sauce with chopped beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, pickles, and any optional chopped onions.
Fold the sides of the wrap inward and then roll from one end to the other like a burrito.
Optionally toast the wrap in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
Wrap leftovers tightly in plastic wrap or keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Freeze the filling separately if desired.
