  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika Provides a smoky flavor.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Buns and Toppings

  • 4 pieces burger buns Toasted for best texture.
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion For fresh toppings.
  • Cheese slices Optional.
  • Condiments of your choice (ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into patties of your desired thickness.

Cooking

  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Assembling

  • Toast the burger buns on the grill or in the skillet until golden brown.
  • Assemble your burgers by placing the patties on the buns and adding your preferred toppings and condiments. Serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the beef to keep your patties tender. Mix until just combined. Let the patties rest after cooking to retain moisture. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
